Youth Team
Glasgow Gaels Youth section offers Gaelic Football for children aged 6-17 in the Glasgow area. We have training sessions in Giffnock on the southside of Glasgow on a Monday evening and in Clydebank on a Wednesday evening while our underage teams compete in regular competitions with other Scottish teams. We also get the opportunity to travel and host teams from further afield, including Ireland and England.
Our aim is to provide young people in the community with a safe and positive environment in which they can learn and enjoy the skills of Gaelic Football, be challenged to reach the best of their sporting ability, play competitive matches, make friends and have fun as they do so. Our coaches include players from both our mens and ladies adult teams, while all our coaches are PVG vetted and have taken child safeguarding and coaching courses.
